Yes, the application tells you the location accuracy as well as the type of geolocation (GPS, LBS or WIFI). Note that the GPS position is accurate to within 5 m , WIFI has an accuracy between 5 and 50 m and LBS gives a position within a radius between 100 m and 2 km . The tracker uses GPS , WIFI and LBS to provide accurate location. You can get the exact position at any time, even in areas where GPS is less effective, thanks to LBS and nearby WIFI networks.

Do I need an internet plan to access vehicle tracking?

No, an internet plan is not required to receive positions. A mobile data plan is sufficient to obtain locations via SMS . However, for interactive tracking via the app, an internet plan of approximately 100 MB/month is recommended.
